We're expecting a lot of rain and snow melt the next few days. With snow built up around your house, the extra run off may give your sump pump a good work out. So you want to make sure it is working properly. If you are able, lift the float to make sure it turns on and pumps and then shuts off when empty.
We always have a supply of sump pumps on hand for afterhours emergencies. You may also want to consider a battery back-up and/or alarm for your sump pump. Give us a call to discuss.
